90 Minute Initial Consult

Meet 1:1 with Megan for 90 minutes. Megan will conduct a full Functional Nutrition and Ayurvedic Medicine evaluation.

 

Here's what you'll get:

 

  • A clearly organized, downloadable, custom-tailored Wellness Program just for Y-O-U that includes: (a) dietary, (b) lifestyle, (c) herbal medicines, and/or supplement recommendations to address your greatest concerns. 

  • Initial evaluation of all previously completed labs and suggestions for future Functional laboratory testing.  Megan is happy to coordinate with your doctor as a part of your Wellness team.

  • Detailed Healing Diet Plan and coaching on how to implement it into your busy lifestyle.

  • Private messaging with Megan on Practice Better in between your first consult and the next, if you have any questions or concerns about your existing wellness plan.

60 Minute Follow Up

Meet with Megan 1:1 for 1 hour to follow up on your Wellness Plan. Dietary and lifestyle changes happen best incrementally and in a supportive environment. You and Megan will determine if its time to build on the foundation you've already set in place, or if there is a need to readjust your plan, fine-tuning it according to your body's response. Megan will provide you with education surrounding any new laboratory results; she may change or add supplements/herbs to your routine, or possibly even work to guide you into making simple lifestyle shifts to better support you in making consistent progress towards your most important health goals.

30 Minute Follow Up

1 visit Follow up with Megan 1:1 for half an hour. These shorter, more focused appointments are designed specifically for:

(a) Briefly checking in with Megan to ensure that you're on the right track. 

(b) Making minor adjustments to your current plan. 

(d) Receiving coaching on how to implement those incremental dietary and lifestyle changes, one step at a time.

(c) Discussing with Megan your new and physician-reviewed laboratory markers from a nutrition perspective.
